Contact Us

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this ministry, or would like to volunteer with us for a while. If you would like to come on a short term mission trip, please go to the mission teams page and follow the instructions.  Giving your time is a great way to invest in the Kingdom of God.

If you would like to receive updates on what is happening in the field, please send us your email address or snail mail address, and we will add your information to our update list to receive updates when we get to town where we have that service available.

Our coordinators are Jerrod and Nicole Spencer and family. They will answer your questions and help you with any requests you may have, since we don’t have communication in the remote place where we live.

We met this past week at the Verbo church/orphanage/compound in Puerto Cabezas. I was part of a 9-member missions team from Florida providing vision care. My brother, Jim Chamberlain, was the organizer/facilitator. He is an optometrist and Pastor in Fernandina Beach, FL. I was the older [???] sister…..with the white hair! I want to be sure to keep in contact with you, Mary, and the rest of your family. So, add my name to any lists that you may have.

Your “story” was remarkable…..what an awesome God we have! Please be assured that we will not get back home, get all comfy in our lives, and forget you, your wife, Leah, your daughter, Mary, & the rest of your 8 children! We will keep you all in our prayers.

God bless you “exceeding, abundantly, above all you could ask or imagine”!!!

    In Christ’s love…. Susan

A friend of mine told me about your ministry and I noticed that water is a big concern for you (as it is in all developing world ministries). My wife and I have been working in Nicaragua with water disinfection methods for 12 years and would be happy to be of assistance to you if you would like. We have worked all over Nicaragua, but very little in your area. Let us know if we can serve in any way with information, equipment, or just another Midwest Gringo to talk to. May God continue to bless your work. Greg & Vickie, Cell- 8901-2196.

Yes, clean water is definitely a big issue all along the Rio Coco. I would be interested in knowing more about the methods you use. We are in an area that no drilling equipment or any other large equipment can be brought in, because there are no roads anywhere close to us. The only transportation is their wooden boats. But since you are talking disinfection, maybe there isn’t big equipment needed.

Greetings Eli to you and your family,
I pray that all is going well with all of you. We’re enjoying God’s blessings back here in Missouri. We have a. “bored” dog that took it upon himself to destroy some of the siding on the detached garage you built for us. What I need to know is where you purchased the vinyl siding so that we can get it repaired. Pete. Cruz is going to fix for us.
Thanks in advance for the info and I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    God bless,
    Mac

Praying God will anoint you as you teach the ppl the importance of obedience to the principles God has laid out for us which keep us under His protection so the enemy cannot harm us. John 10:10. Praying for a powerful move of the Holy Spirit showing all what He truly desires for their lives. Trusting with you for continued strength, confident peace and protection for y’all as you press into the work there. What an adventure!
